- White Rice
- La Villana Black or Green Mole
- Chicken or vegetable stock
Add the rice to a saucepan.
Pour drinking water until the amount of rice is exceeded.
Bring the water in the rice to a low boil.
Add a teaspoon of chicken stock until seasoned to taste.
Once the rice has reached the desired doneness and consistency, serve on a plate.
Add the Mole of your choice to a saucepan, bring it to a boil with a little water for consistency and a teaspoon of chicken or vegetable stock for seasoning.
Once it has boiled, pour the Mole on top of the rice and enjoy your Rice with Mole La Villana.
