PERUVIAN CEVICHE IN LA VILLANA ARBOL PEPPER SALSA

*Ingredients

Goldfish in cubes

Lemon

Salt

Cilantro

Purple Onion

Pumpkin Seed

Black Sesame 

La Villana Arbol Pepper Salsa

*Preparation method

Cook the fish with the lemon with the desired weight, chop the rest of the ingredients and add them.

Stir the whole mixture.

Serve on toast or on its own, add a few teaspoons of La Villana Arbol Pepper Salsa and get ready to enjoy.

Add whatever you fancy as a side dish: guacamole, salad or rice.
