- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Natural mushrooms
- Poblano slices
- Butter
- La Villana Macha Sauce
*Preparation method
Scramble the eggs in a bowl with a little pepper, parsley and salt to taste.
Add the washed mushrooms in chunks and the poblano slices (deveined and seeded).
In a small saucepan, add a little butter, once melted, pour in the egg mixture.
Let it take consistency so that you can make a tortilla with the egg until it takes the shape of an omelette.
Serve on a plate and pour some La Villana Arbol Pepper Salsa and enjoy.
