LA VILLANA BEANS ON ASADA NACHOS

*Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • La Villana Canned Beans
  • Beef Fillet or Arrachera
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Manchego cheese

*Preparation method

With the avocado, onion and tomato, prepare a guacamole to taste and add a few drops of lemon juice with a couple of pinches of salt.

Heat the La Villana Beans by adding a little water to obtain the desired consistency.

Grill your arrachera or steak to taste on a pan or grill.

Lay out a bed of tortilla chips.

Pour a few spoonfuls of guacamole over the tortilla chips, top with a bed of Beans and add a few slices of cheese, bake in the oven until the cheese melts.

Take them out of the oven and add a few spoonfuls of La Villana Morita Pepper Salsa. Enjoy your Asada Nachos alone or with the family.

Add a salad to taste as a side dish!
